Don't brush your teeth to get rid of bad breath.
Instead, try brushing your tongue. That's where most of the bacteria are that cause bad breath. An experiment done at the University of British Columbia found that brushing your teeth reduced odor by only 25 percent. Brushing just the tongue reduced odor by 75 percent, and brushing teeth and tongue both reduced odor by 85%.

The Most Effective Exercise
is not running, or swimming or cycling. And it can be part of your normal daily routine quite easily. It is climbing stairs. In fact the only thing more effective for burning energy-per-minute is a really strenuous activity such as sprinting.

Climbing stairs burns up 23 per cent more than tennis. The really nice thing about this exercise is that you don't need to spend any money on equipment or "props" to take advantage of it. Just start climbing the stairs instead of taking the elevator or escalator.

How to easily strengthen muscles
